RISK ASSESSMENT

A risk assessment  is the potential that a chosen action or activity (including the choice of inaction) will lead to a loss (an undesirable outcome). The notion implies that a choice having an influence on the outcome exists (or existed). Potential losses themselves may also be called "risks". Almost any human endeavour carries some risk, but some are much more risky then others.(source:wikipedia)

steps to form a risk assessment :

  • identify hazards
  • who might be harmed
  • evaluate risks and consider precautions
  • record
  • review

risk assessment to our project:

  • hazards: tripping over cables, falling over on the staircase.
  • the cast.
  • walk carefully up and down the stairs , look out for cables.watching out for any possible falls and try to prevent them from happening.
